Inspiration and Resources

I drew the concept from Les Miserables, using the same font, font-treatment, and a similar background and silver candlestick holders. The reason for this is simple:

Onesimus was a slave who (probably) stole something from his master’s house when he fled – in much a similar way that Jean Valjean stole the silver candlesticks from the Bishop when he fled.

The two people are quite similar in that sense, so I thought a Les Miserables treatment would be a good fit.
